I remember being in house and all the hospital admins would send an email for everyone to be en pointe and jump thru their own butt, because joint commission was in the house today and everybody had to pucker up and kiss up to look good and keep whatever certification was being inspected.
Another group of self-important puffed up hens who think they are the be all and end all to rules on how to run a hospital.
