We shouldn't be getting docked for any of this. Before Nuance, we had a real office, real QA/QC person in our office, we got monthly reports, and we were paid hourly and we did not get docked for any errors just reports showing us what we could improve upon. Oh, the good old days. But sad thing is Nuance could be doing this too.
