Dragon or Epic, in conjunction with a disclaimer that states the report it spit out is only a draft and not guaranteed 100% accurate until signed (and rarely signed). This is what the facilities think is their protection and makes it all good. It's not perfect, but good enough for them. They expected perfection from us, but they're less demanding of this software.

We know that this software has a long ways to go to be as accurate as a human. However, it's not doing too badly so far and facilities are switching to it, and this is the point. Whether or not it continues is up for debate, but they are using it now.
