You might need to install the Sony Drivers. (follow the link provided). Please note that not all recorders are supported by this plugin, so if you have it correctly installed and your files still do not work, then assume the plugin cannot handles files made from your recorder. You will need to contact Sony to request further support.
Please make sure you restart the computer after installing the Sony Drivers.
