prime time of year to be NJA (no jobs available). I left Nuance a year ago. If you think they are bad, this place will micromanage you to the second. Your keyboard time is compared weekly to the time you claim on your timecard and if there is more than a 10% discrepancy, be prepared to have your butt chewed out. While they don't deduct pay for errors, you are required to maintain 99.65% accuracy on audits all the time. There is no getting around this one. You also cannot just get on and work to make up NJA time, it must be approved. If you have other offers, I would seriously consider those. Good luck.
