I am an IC. I was hired the day after the Nuance mess happened. They hired me fast, and got me into training fast. I was told I would get 9 cpl but I get .105 cpl and I get .06 for editing but the work is constant. I have jobs back to back in my FFT. I make really good money and average $12-15 per hour. However my first check was late because my project manager suddenly "left" the company and they are having to iron out issues. Oh and is it even possible to have a 99.5% audit score with them?? I just got 98.5 on my last one. Starting to wonder if they're going to get rid of me in 2 weeks on my next one.
