to just use Fluency's word expansion, be sure to look into importing whatever expansion files you already have in Shorthand or Microsoft Word so you don't have to rebuild the whole thing. They are probably .aco files you can search for on your other PC before you call tech support, in case you get somebody who doesn't know what you're talking about. I had to find the file myself and the guy I talked to had to "escalate" it to someone else, but by insisting I did get it done and saved a lot of time and $$.
