You may or may not know.. if the work situation is unbearable you can quit and file for unemployment. Have documentation... won't hurt to have a session with a therapist recording your emotional distress due to the work environment.. if you can live off of unemployment while you find something else. Your emotional stability is worth eating ramen noodles for a while, yes?
