hard-on for me QA-wise, she is insane with her punctuation "errors" and I have challenged her edits to my work before with no success. Their QA routinely changes my work INCORRECTLY and claims to hear things that simply aren't there. It all falls on deaf ears and you're put on orientation again, then they email you about your production is down. WHATEVER.
