If your mouse is jumping out of control? This happens if you have touch screen PC. Go into to Device Manager and turn off Touch Screen and Pen functions this will help. If this does not work replace your wireless mouse and keyboard with wired USB. Hope this helps. This is not because someone installed software - this a hardware issue with the PC.
