I had this problem right after the crash. I thought maybe I had tried my password and gotten it wrong. Long story short when I contacted tech support again turned out for some reason my status for Enrich was listed as inactive. Once that was discovered it took a matter of a few minutes for them to switch it to active status. I have no idea why it was on inactive status -- maybe because I hadn't logged into Enrich in a long time. Hope this helps. :)
