I agree, it's totally appropriate to be suspicious. I worked for MD-IT before it became Command. Things were so much better before "Command" which then meant VR all the time and much lower wages, which they tried to make out like we were going to make so much more, etc. I think it's just your typical lower wage VR company anymore, probably better than Nuance, etc. but it just basically means cheap wages. I don't know about QA, etc. but it was great before they switched over. They let me go day after Christmas cause I didn't want to accept the cheaper line rate with VR.
