Anytime doctor says "date of service," it goes on the ADT.
Latest Best Practices that they put out about a week and a half ago. Page 23.
"This is an operative report on John Smith, date of dictation
is 06/19/2013" Shows to enter that DOS.
Also says, if doctor states the date of dictation, but not date of service, date of dictation goes in the ADT date of service.
