I would not put it past them to make sure they have as much pay, PTO, etc., owed as possible and then just go bankrupt and/or sell the transcription portion of the company with no proviso for our future pay and benefits at all.
May need to take a few sick days if it looks like the ship is sinking. We will be the last to know, but that doesn't mean we can't anticipate what they will do. Pretty sure, just like with the incentives/bonuses, they will keep us working a full pay cycle before letting us know, thereby getting our labor for free.
What a great company, no?
