When I didn't hear back after a week, I sent an email with a followup. They said they would get to me. Then nothing. I got a call out of the blue nearly another week later. The phone call was very rushed and a lot of my questions went unanswered. It was just strange to me that they went so long without contacting me, then when they finally did, everything felt so rushed. They just wanted me to hurry and accept their offer letter or they were going to give the position to someone else, etc. I said thanks, but no thanks.
