At this point I would also call your state representative and remind them that medical records are being sent overseas. There is no way to enforce privacy laws. What person is going to go to India or wherever to sue over privacy issues. No one that is who. It is ridiculous that medical records are allowed to go out of the United States. Now is a great time to stop this. It should have never been allowed in the first place.
