I am trying to figure out which one I would file.
Can you help? Okay if you don't want to, but maybe we should all file the same claim and at least they might get a slap with a wet noodle from the DOL.
I have to assume they have legions of lawyers to make this kind of thing go away, but still if we all filed the same complaint form we might get something or at least be a thorn in their side.
This should be made public, what they did to us, after we came through for them when they needed us. It stinks.
