Can't help with the spellchecker as mine was installed years ago with E5. As for the line count, there is a running count in the upper right corner. For a daily/weekly/etc count, I will have to log in later and get back to you. The fingers choose the right buttons without having to engage the brain, so unable to tell you the steps, but it is easy to access.
