I hear nothing from my OM. In fact when all this crap hit the fan, I got my info from this board. I couldn't get any answers from OM, TM, Tech, etc. on why ES was down. Came on here, got answers. Also got answers from a relative who is in charge of a MR dept. which just 1 month ago went with Nuance after a take over. That hospital system is beyond pissed with Nuance. My relative knew more of what was going on than I was getting answers to on my end.
