Even if that were the case, it is counterproductive and impractical to throw accounts at us willy-nilly. I agree with the OP that this constant account switching is aggravating. Turnaround time, fewer blanks/QA submission, and in the end, better quality seem a little more logical than the free-for-all mosh pit we're thrown into. Go ahead and throw a STAT in every now and then, fine, it's a stat, but 14+ with accounts with the same dictation dates/date of service dates for a discharge summary.... not buying the turnaround time excuse.
