Have you seen anything that resembled leadership over the last couple of weeks? They should have been updating their employees daily (and by they I mean upper management) about the status and what is being done. I am not asking for technical details. Even if they had nothing new to report, they should have been reaching out to us EVERY DAY instead of the silence and confusing information we are getting. Days go by without ONE WORD from my supervisor or anyone else. When I reach out with questions...I hear the sound of crickets. Further proof that we are nothing but faceless automatons to those "in charge."
