I learned a lot. Plus, I was told to read the FAQ on Enrich, which would answer many platform questions too. My supervisor told me that she is being asked the same questions over and over which would probably be answered on FAQ. (She is one of the good ones, I guess, who communicates via cellphone and emails.) From what I understand, Editscript has been brought back up, more or less, but has to be tested on each and every account, one at a time (or something like that) so it may be a long, slow process, but sounds like good news to me.
