I don't work for Nuance, but silence seems to be the norm for many companies these days. It's an inconvenience to "them" to give us any news at all. This includes major companies outside of the transcription world.
I'd prefer a daily update - even it it's "Hey, sorry, we still don't know anything."
In the good old days it used to be that "no news is good news" but today, "no news" is definitely no longer "good news."
