You download and use it once. You can even add an icon to your desktop and use it again on your own. It doesn't stay open and track anything. You can also delete it from your programs after you have used it. I have had employers ask me to do a scan to see if my system is set up properly with proper Windows updates, checks hard drive size, upload/download speeds, etc. It is not for any nefarious reason on the company's part. Do some googling about what Belarc actual is before you panic.
