Am I reading this correctly? - vexed

Please tell me that the last update did NOT just basically state that we are considered "out of work, " which in essence would mean that we will not be compensated for THEIR technical downtime.

TSM (now "OM") has not been responding to email or text for a few days, so does anyone have any insight?
