Are you referring to the actual system downtime, or the current sporadic work situation? The downtime is being compensated, though for the life of me I can't figure out the formula they are using. I've asked about OOW time during regular scheduled shift, but as yet have not received an answer. I'm keeping careful track of actual production time versus sitting and waiting for a report to pop in, but if they are paying "hourly" I do expect to be compensated for all time spent at my desk. We'll see.
