We were doing better for a few weeks. I agree with the above and my suspicion is that we lost some more accounts to India. Maybe we are losing more than a few these days and it's company wide, in the U.S. anyway. So, yes it is definitely happening to a lot of us and has been since January.
I haven't heard anything about MModal being hit by the virus and so far all is well, knock on wood.
