that part until it is too late and they realize what a hoax. As original poster states, they start off with belief they are getting 10 plus cpl for all their completed lines. Sounds good on the surface and ironically the line conversion process is glossed over (most likely in hopes of not having it noticed by new hires). The line conversion is the biggest part of the grid plan. Just saying.
