to explain the grid. She used a lot of words but still didnt explain it. From prior posts here I knew it was bad, and I let her rattle on about it.

I asked her straight out if they would pay more for experience, pay more than starting I believe it was 7 point some cents a line and she said no.

I bluntly and rudely told her what kind of company they were running and what they could do with their seven point something cents a line.

The maintenance worker in my home at the time overheard the whole conversation and laughed.

So, basically, the shift differential means nothing because they'll find a way to screw you out of every penny they can.
