Did they also mention that they have this company scam going on where they find errors in your reports so they can take money back from you to line their pockets? You are supposed to be confused regarding the pay grid. They wouldn't dare tell you the truth. They can't even advertise here for help anymore because of the pay grid and it's convuluted workings. If you're smart, you'll tell them thanks, but no thanks. The plus side, you'll probably qualify for food stamps and other government programs within a couple months. I would also suggest signing up for the legal insurance they offer as you'll most likely need that to file your bankruptcy. Good luck to you.
