I don't know if you are an employee or an IC, but is that legal for them to do that? If you can, send an email to one or all of the administration people...hopefully above this manager's head. You can do that and see if it is just her doing it. Maybe they can help put a stop to this. If you an IC, I don't think she can do this unless it is specifically in your contract, so you shouldn't worry. As for an employee status, this is still wrong. Best of luck. Please check back with us with an update, so we know how much of iMedX is that rotten or good. I am glad I did not apply there.
