when I go to the DOL website regarding MTs, I see this: Job Outlook, 2014-24: -3% (Decline)
Granted, that is data from about a year and a half ago, but it sure doesn't jive with 8% growth! DOL says in Outlook section that "job opportunities will stem from transcriptionists who retire over the next decade." I think we kind of suspected this.
