I use Spellex for my spell check program. I believe they offer a free trial and their company and customer service is located in Tampa, FL. Are you getting your own clients? I know many MTs have used Abacus. Also, do a search for "medical transcription line counting programs." In the past, when I had to count lines, I would just use the built in feature in word, characters with spaces and divide by 65. As I mentioned before, the three companies that I currently work for count the lines for me so it has been a while since I have had to deal with a line counting program.
