Please everyone also report them to their state and the IRS. The only way we will all ever get through this stupidity on the part of companies, is to work together. They were very brash and rude about it with me and pretty much said "fine, we will find others stupid enough to do so." Please, please report them and any others doing this. They know exactly what they are doing wrong and will tell you that their "lawyers" know what they are doing and that they are within the law...funny, though, how after I sent them their specific state law, I never heard a word back. Same with other companies....believe me, I report them all.
