Full-time employees are eligible to take up to three consecutive work days (24 hours total) to arrange for or attend the funeral of a covered family member.
Covered family members are defined as your:
Spouse
Children (stepchildren included)
Parents (stepparents & parent-in-laws included)
Brother or sister (stepbrother or stepsister included)
Grandparents
Grandchildren
You will be paid your base hourly rate, benefit rate or salary, depending upon your employment status at the time of the absence, for all hours that you were normally scheduled to work.
You should notify your supervisor
