This company is out of Tyler, Texas and it is for real and you are employee and the rate is good, BUT, you have to probably work weekends and nightsas it does overflow work. Also very micromanaged. Take too long in a report, you will get a call. I guess the owner is okay, but QA can be a bit much. If you really need an employee position and not IC, then go for it, but be forewarned, there have been many posts about MTs applying more than once and never hearing back.
