I have some work trickling in but not much. I'm sure they'll have some lame explanation like it's due to everyone working their scheduled hours (I think they used that one last week). From what I understand, the ICs - and there seems to be a lot of them - don't have a set schedule. How can workload be predicted for the employees when ICs work on no defined schedule? What a crock of poo. Call me paranoid, but I'm convinced it's part of their plan to get FT MTs to switch to PT or IC status or just quit. Guess I'll step away and do some laundry!
