Is there a guarantee this will help? No. Is there a guarantee things will NOT change if we do nothing? YES. Thats the point. I feel anything is worth a try. Everyone does not have to participate if they do not feel they want to. I just wanted to put it out there for those who wanted to try. Thought we could all fight together because we have expressed our frustrations and disappointments to our company, supervisors, etc. and nothing changes. Time for us to work together for us.
