You are welcome. As I said this company is my safety net. Even if we had no other income if we are willing to really work hard the work is there to be able to earn money. They also work with you personally because they have an open door policy and they are always willing to talk to you. It does pay lower but that is why they get the work but I think that having no stress and the confidence that they will not be sleazy or drive me crazy but give me respect makes a world of difference. Enjoy the job. I do. Congrats on your position there.
