unless you are lucky enough to live in CA, MS, MT, or NH then the max is 26.25 days per year. Obviously 15 days is 3 weeks, so that is good, but the bad side is you have to use PTO for holidays if you want off on a holiday that you are scheduled to work, and also have to use it if your sick. So it is basically 15 days total for vacation, sick time and holidays. Hope this helps
