I have always thought it was AHDI which most MTs do not even belong to. Is it the MTSOs? They keep upping the line count requirements, lowering the pay, recalculating how lines are counted, on and on. The people who lose out obviously other than us are the poor patients. There is no way in Hades quality is happening if you are required to do 340 LPH VR. Not on any platform I've worked on anyway.
