I began being contacted by a POC from India (I presumed) on Spark. The individual was always friendly but what somewhat aggravating. When contacted by POC stateside, the individual would just state what they wanted/needed. Such as, Hi, can you move over to such and such an account...
The other POC would be. Hello. Would wait for a response. Then would say: How are you? Would wait for a response and then get down to business. This of course is not rude but since I am working and need to earn money, I wish they would save or at least consolidate the pleasantries and get down to the business at hand.
