There are many employees who are not full time that they can authorize to work extra hours without paying them OT. The other work around is to just over-staff accounts or if one account is overflowing to pull people from other accounts to get it back in turn around, making it to where those who rarely work on that account lower their LPH and increase the chances of paying them less anyway. I doubt Nuance is worried about the new law all that much.
