If you do the 175 pages a week and multiple that by $1.50, you are making a whopping $262.50 a week?
I do both medical and law enforcement. My law enforcement job is paid by the hour as an in-house position. Because "verbatim" transcription is so different than medical, it is very difficult to make good money being paid by either the minute or the page.
Thank you everybody for the willingness to talk about your experience with this. I too am looking for part time work and I believe they advertised "everything in between." It's starting to sound like this may not work for me either.
