all the applications and have at least some common decency to send a pre-written, automated response to people not chosen, put a notification on their website, or at least post something on here that they're full up and not taking any more applicants.

Some of these people are so lacking in basic decency, courtesy, business etiquette it's really pathetic. Shows how lame they are as business owners as well as decent human beings.
