Do not work for Mmodal. They monitor every single minute. This is the most inflexible company I have ever worked for.
What Mmodal considers as flexible is maybe allowing you to get up for 1 or 2 minutes for your whole shift.
Also, it does not matter if you make their 165/99.65 demands. They come up with new ways to put you on PM. The threat of PM is always over your head.
Mmodal demands are just simply unreasonable.
