First off-they call all the employees documentation analysts despite the fact that none of they have time to analyze anything or even go the the restroom for that matter.

Then there's the flexiblity. In Modal-speak this interpreted as how far backward you will bend to conform to their every unreasonable scheduling demands. Changes on a whim, mandatory weekends, pressure to make up time and yet they are stingy about letting you take accrued time off.

But the generous free equipment! Surely that much make up for some of the rest? NO. It is old used crap that has witness many hours of pounding, swearing, sweating human agony.

Don't make the MModal mistake.
