This company is still around? I worked for them some time ago and at that time they had some big accounts that they lost, again no explanation. Hence, I moved on as quick as possible.
Isn't this the company with the extensive contract. I seem to remember being leery about signing their contract because it was so complicated and thinking it would cost a fortune for me to have my attorney even take a glance at it.
