Generally, you have to list jobs weekly, and then at the end of a 2 week period, send in your form to collect UE.
For example, you would write down jobs for this week starting today (Monday) and I think it is generally through Sunday of that week. Then you would list your jobs for the next week and at the end of that week (Sunday or Monday), you would fill out your online form to submit it to UE.
It has been a while since I collected, but that is what I did in my state and pretty standard. I also kept a notebook of dates, places, telephone #s and name of person contacted.
