I've looked for non-MT jobs and unfortunately 90% of THOSE ads don't state the pay, either! It drives me crazy. I've often thought there should be a LAW that requires them to do that! Even a pay range would help. It does waste everyone's time. Additionally, some ads are even vague about which days and hours they want you to work! I have to wonder who applies for those jobs, if anyone.
